“West Side Story” - March 5th-March 7th
Fairport High School presents “West Side Story” at 7:30 p.m. March 5 through March 7 at Fairport High School. Tickets are $8 and available in advance here. The classic musical, with a score by Leonard Bernstein and lyrics by Stephen Sondheim, updates Shakespeare’s “Romeo and Juliet” to 1950s New York City. For more information, click here.
Father-Son Family Sports Night at the Rec - March 6th
Dads with sons aged five through twelve can come down to the Rec for games, swimming, prizes, and more on Friday, March 6 from 6:30-8:30 p.m. There will be pizza, too! Entry is $10 for residents and $11 for nonresidents. Click here for more information.
Cinema Saturdays: “Moana” - March 7th
Head to the Perinton Community Center at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 7 for fun for the whole family with a viewing of Disney’s “Moana” on a 12-foot scren. Fees are $2 per person and include popcorn and a beverage. Seating will be limited to the first 150 advance registrants. Click here to register or to learn more.
Sip & Plant at Casa Larga - March 8th
Casa Larga and Jardin Terrariums are teaming up for a fun sip-and-plant event at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 8. Attendees will build their own large terrariums while sipping on beer or wine. $45 includes all the supplies needed for a terrarium and a glass of wine or beer. For tickets, click here.
Steak and Eggs for St. Paddy’s Day - March 17th
Get your St. Patrick’s Day started right with a steak and eggs breakfast at Donnelly’s Public House. Doors will open at 10:00 a.m. and breakfast will start at 10:15 a.m. The $35 tickets, which include breakfast and three drink chips to be used on St. Patrick’s Day, can be purchased at the bar.
