Special event to take place Saturday, July 15
AVON, N.Y. (July 13, 2017) - Quicklee’s, a local and family-owned convenience store chain with locations throughout Monroe and Livingston counties will hold their travel center grand opening this weekend. The event will take place at 2781 Lakeville Road, Avon, N.Y. on Saturday, July 15 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
The new state-of-the-art travel center, just off of I-390 south, is open 24 hours. In addition to a fully stocked convenience store, it offers a car wash, Dunkin’ Donuts and Calabresella New York Style Deli, along with a truck stop equipped with a diesel mechanic shop, overnight parking, showers and laundry.
“We are proud to introduce Quicklee’s Travel Center to the community,” said Ken Perelli, vice president of Quicklee’s. “It has been a pleasure working with the local community and the Livingston County Economic Development Center. Without these partnerships we would not have achieved this level of success so quickly.”
The grand opening will host an onsite radio broadcast of 98.9 the BUZZ with Scott Spezzano. Promotional specials will include discounts on gas, coffee and subs. Those in attendance will also have a chance to win prizes including a kayak, YETI cooler and stand-up paddle board.
Quicklee’s, founded in 1995, has remained family-owned for over 20 years and now has 14 locations in Upstate New York. The store focuses on delivering fast, clean and friendly service to their guests. For more information on Quicklee’s and its new travel center visit www.quicklees.com.
